How is a Nadiraa product created?
- A Nadiraa product is designed and handcrafted by skilled artisans. Every piece takes up to 3-4 hours and involves a bunch of artisans at very many different stages.

What materials are used in the making of a Nadiraa piece?
Most of Nadiraa’s products are made from premium fabrics sourced from our trusted vendors. The fabrics range from silks, velvets and georgettes depending on the design and make of the product. The bag also features decorative tassels made of crystals, pearls, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Please note all products are handcrafted by highly skilled artisans, slight variations only enhance its uniqueness.
How do I care for my Nadiraa?
- Store the products in our dust bag to keep the embellishments from getting tarnished or damaged in storage
- For potlis avoid pulling the drawstrings by the tassels as they are delicate and handmade
- Keep away from moisture

Delivery and Shipping
How do I place an order?
- Add the product you would like to order to the cart.
- Go to your cart, review the items, and click on "Checkout" to proceed with your order.
- If you’d like a gift box, please add depending on how many you need. If you’ve selected 1 gift box and are ordering 2 products, we will assume both need to be packed in one box. If it doesn’t fit, we will reach out to you to clarify
- Enter your delivery address where you'd like the order to be shipped.
- Click on “Pay Now” and enter the necessary payment details. Click on the "Complete Order" button.
- After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation message on email and WhatsApp
What is the shipping policy?
All products are handmade and will be shipped to you within 1 week of order placed unless specified otherwise. If you need your order urgently, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 98109 00283
Do you deliver internationally?
- Shipping internationally is done through trusted courier partners and a flat fee is charged for shipping to major countries. Please note, Nadiraa does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.
- We may have to charge an additional shipping amount in case you order more than 1 bag depending on the total weight of the package and will reach out to you separately regarding the same once your order is confirmed.
What are the payment options available?
- You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, UPI, internet banking or bank transfer. We currently don’t accept CoD unless urgent (only Delhi NCR, please reach out on WhatsApp for the same). We accept international credit cards as well via Razorpay payment gateway.
- All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.
Exchange and Returns
What is your exchange and return policy?
- We follow a strict no refund, no exchange policy.
- Products are only liable for exchange if there is a defect or damage from our end. The customer must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products purchased on discounted prices will not be exchanged or refunded.
- All sales are final.
- If the customer decides to return a product, we will not be able to refund the amount and will only be able to issue a credit not for up to 3 months from date of purchase. The credit note is non transferrable.
- Credit notes can only be used on orders placed over call/whatsapp/website unless stated otherwise.
