Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict no refund return, no exchange policy.

Products are only liable for exchange if there is a defect or damage from our end. The customer must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product. If eligible and approved, the exchanged product will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

Products purchased on discounted prices will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All sales are final.

Credit notes can only be used on orders placed over call/whatsapp/website unless stated otherwise.
